Laughing is a consolation in the face of pain and fear that threatens human beings since we set a foot in this world. Being able to take pieces of that dark reality and turn them into a product of our ingenuity for our own entertainment is nothing more than a worthy example of the creative capacity of human beings. Black humor is the most human of humors, the one that confronts us with our own humanity. And that is why it is the most unbearable.
